フルタイムで働いている日本人のおばさんの家、小さい犬が2匹と兄妹の猫が2匹。　子供たちが大きくなって移動したので、フラットメイトを募集致します。私はNZ 25年、オープンに会話のできるおばさんなので何でも相談に乗りますよ。今のワーホリの子も心地よいと言ってくれていて滞在してくれてます。ワーホリ専用のおばちゃん宿にすれば?って(笑）という事でやってみようかなと。
部屋が空いていれば、タウランがに遊びに来たい人で日割りが希望の方でもオッケー。（一泊$40）相談ください。

バス停やスーパーなど徒歩圏内にあります。
ダイニング、ラウンジ、キッチンは今滞在中の日本人子と共有。私氏自身は殆ど部屋にいるので皆で気兼ねなく若い子同士で情報を交わしたり、一緒にご飯食べたり、交友するところに使ってもらえればいいなと思います。
サーフボードや釣竿など大きな荷物などがある場合は敷地内に入れて頂いて大丈夫です。
フェンスで囲っていますしゲートもうるさい番犬（笑）もいるのでセーフティーはいいと思いますよ。ですが何かあった時の責任は負えかねますのでご了承ください。

We are looking for a flatmate for our modern townhouse located in Tauranga City. The house is only about one year old and would suit someone who is looking for a quiet, clean, and peaceful place to live.

The house, washing machine, bed, and other furniture are all new or in very good condition.

The bathroom is separate from our own bathroom, so you will have your own private bathroom.

Countdown is nearby, making grocery shopping very convenient. Free street parking is also available around the house.

Rent:

* One person: $260 per week, including your own bedroom and private bathroom
* Two people sharing: $200 per person, per week

Electricity and water costs will be shared equally among everyone in the house.

We also live with a friendly one-year-old cat, so we are looking for someone who likes cats.
