You will have your own private bedroom and separate private bathroom.

We are a Korean couple living with a friendly one-year-old cat, so someone who likes cats would be ideal.

The house is conveniently located close to Tauranga City, with a bus stop and supermarket nearby. Free street parking is also available.

The room comes with a new mattress, and the house has modern appliances.

$240per week for one person
$200 per person per week for a couple

Electricity and water are shared separately.
