Hi everyone.
We are a smile hostel based in Auckland CBD.(MEN ONLY)

Address is 47 st paul street, Auckland CBD, next to AUT (safe location)
20 seconds to AUT on foot
2 minute to Auckland university on foot
2 minute to Queen street.
3 minute to IMAX on foot.

The hostel has a ventilation system for 24 hours for fresh air.

We have Japanese and Korean people living in the hostel who are in working holiday and university students in New Zealand.

Room price
$250 (mid room with window) - Available from 14th June.
***PRICE INCLUDES ALL Electricity, Water, WIFI***

Room includes - bed, mattress cover, wardrobe, desk, chair, book shelf, hanger, adapter.

Hostel includes
The kitchen, bathrooms and toilets are available for common use.
Kitchen / 3 toilets / 3 vanities / 2 showers.

The ideal tenant we are looking for is
- Age 20 ~ 30s and who will stay at least 3 months

To book a room you need to make
- 1 week advance rent payment + bond (2 weeks rent)
