We are Korean couple looking for a responsible and tidy female flatmate to join us in the quiet and safe Farm Cove area.

The room is located on the ground floor and is spacious enough for single use.

It comes furnished with a king single bed, mattress, desk, and chair, but you’re welcome to bring your own furniture if preferred.

The bathroom and shower are on the ground floor, shared with another male flatmate. The washing machine is in the shower room, which is a shared space. However, our couple uses a separate bathroom and shower on the second floor, so we rarely come to the ground floor except to use the washing machine.

The ground and second floors are separated, and you’re free to use the living room and kitchen on the second floor comfortably.

Rent: $230 per week (includes electricity, water, and internet)
Bond: 2 weeks ($460)
Notice period: 3 weeks
Move-in date: April 28

The neighborhood is very peaceful, with the Rotary Walkway just a minute walk away, perfect for jogging, running, or cycling. A 15-minute walk takes you to Countdown and the Pak’nSave in Highland Park. while a 5-minute walk offers a Dairy shop, café, Italian restaurant, liquor shop, and laundromat, making it very convenient.

We are a couple in our mid-to-late 30s, both working professionals. I work from home on Thursdays, and on weekends, I enjoy tending to plants and our cats, visiting markets, meeting friends, or relaxing at home.

We have two affectionate cats, so someone who loves cats would be a great fit. We’d prefer a flatmate in their 20s or 30s, a working professional who is responsible and keeps the room and shared spaces tidy.
