投稿者(日本人)とインド人オーナー夫妻が暮らすフラットに住む形になります。
フラットの最大人数は5人です

場所:Mobil Mt Roskillが目印

CITYやCBDまでバスで20〜25分ほどです。乗り換えもなく、バス停も家から徒歩2〜3分にあり通勤や通学にも便利です。
Dominion Roadが近く、テイクアウトの店舗や飲食店、スーパー、公園などが近くにあり生活しやすいエリアです。


カップルの方または兄弟などの２名、またはお1人で住まわれる方を探しています。


金額:

カップルの場合(２名)
✴︎週$390(専用バスルーム付きの部屋)

お1人の場合　
✴︎週$320(カップルの方の場合とお部屋は異なりますが、同じような専用バスルーム付きの個室です)


電気代、水道代、Wi-Fi代やその他共用部分の物についての金額は含まれていません。月末にまとめて1ヶ月分の支払いです。
冬の時期は過ごしていないので今後はわかりませんが、今の所過ごしていて大体月$70いかないです


キッチン・リビングは共同のシェアになりますが、お部屋に専用トイレとシャワーが付いているエンスウィートタイプですので快適に過ごせるかと思います。

キッチン道具や料理家電、お皿や洗剤などはシェアの為、入居日からすぐ料理をすることが可能です


とても雰囲気の良い新築のフラットです、陽当たりや治安も良く、騒音などもなく快適に過ごせています。
オーナー夫妻は日本語は話せませんが、英語が堪能で他の国の方にもとても理解のある優しい方です。
異文化交流を楽しめる方にはとてもいい環境だと思います！

I am currently living in a beautiful, brand-new townhouse, and we are looking for clean and respectful flatmates to join our home!

*About the House & Us*

You will be sharing the house with me, our head tenant Kriti (who is an artist and full-time analyst), and her husband. We are all 30 yo.

If a couple moves in, there will be exactly 5 of us living here in total.

*Room Details*

Available: From 14th June

Rent: $390 per week for a couple (for a room with a private, attached ensuite bathroom) OR $320 per week for a single person (for a similar single room).

Bills are extra, but the rent price is slightly negotiable!

*The Location*

You can use Mobil Mt Roskill as a landmark to see if the area works for you.

The location is incredibly convenient! It is only a 2–3 minute walk to bus stops, Dominion Road (which has loads of great food and takeaways), a gym, grocery stores, parks, and much more.
