2人部屋アパートメントでトイレとキッチンはシェアしなければいけないけど、部屋と冷蔵庫は別々にあります！洗濯機と乾燥機付きで、ロビーにはプールとジムを使えることができます。かなり広いベランダがあるのでタバコやvapeを吸える方々にはぷったりです（自分は吸わない方ですが）。キッチンの家具、用品や洗濯物干しラックは揃っていますので何かを買い込んだり、持ち込む必要はありません。

アパートはSKY TOWERから歩いて５分、大学からは15分。シティー中心だから大学生やSKY TOWERに近く働いたりバイトしている方々にはお得です！レントと電気代以外は料金なし。ボンドを払う必要はないけど、6 カ月以上滞在してもらったらありがたいです。

Kia Ora, this is Takamasa Hoshiyama and I am looking for an flatmate!! Preferrable a male! My flatmate is going back to Japan from his holiday working visa next month so I am looking for someone who is keen in moving in from March 20th onwards. RENT is only $225 per week including water and WIFI comes about but does not include electricity bill. Electricity bill is usually $65 to 85 per month so it adds up to $232 ($239 if including WIFI) as we are splitting the bill together.

It is a 2 bedroom apartment who you will be flatting with me. You get your own room but you will have to share the kitchen and bathroom. The washing and drying machine is included and there is a pool and gym in the basement floor! The balcony is massive so if you are a keen smoker or a vaper who likes a good view, then this might be the place for you (I dont smoke/vape personally). We got all the kitchen utensils, cupboards, drying rack and detergents so you do not need any worries to buy anything.

The apartment is 5 minutes away from sky tower and 15 minutes away from university campus. It is in the heart of AUCKLAND CBD so if you are a student or someone who works close to sky tower then this place might be for you. Other than rent and electricity bill, everything else is paid for.
