We’re looking for a single flatmate (no couples) to join our modern three-storey townhouse in Mt Wellington, with an awesome location – short walking distance to Sylvia Park, public transport (bus/train), and close to Mt Wellington motorway on/off ramps.

Perfect for individuals who appreciate a peaceful living environment, friendly flatmates, and a convenient location.

About the House
• Spacious, modern, and well-insulated home
• Fully equipped kitchen and Living area
• On-street parking

Current Flatmate: students and working professionals who are friendly, tidy, and easy-going

Rent: $250 to $260 per week (depending on length of stay), excluding bills
• Available from February 1st, 2026, for a minimum stay period of 6 months
• Warm and sunny furnished double room on the first floor
• Includes a double bed, bedside table, and a large double sliding wardrobe
• Approx. room size: 3.5 x 2.9 m
• Shared bathroom with one other person

Additional Costs: Split bills for Power, Water, and Internet. Costs will be split evenly among all flatmates (approx $30-40 p/w)

No pets and no smokers

Move-in costs: 4 weeks’ rent as a bond
