オークランドノースショアのBrowns Bayエリアの一軒家で、グラウンドフロアの部屋を貸し出します。
上階（ファーストフロア）にはオーナー家族（オーナー夫婦と２歳児）が住んでいます。グラウンドフロアの別部屋には娘さん（11歳）が住んでいます。
バスルーム（下階）、キッチン・リビングエリア（上階）はオーナー家族とのシェアです。
バス停まで徒歩３分。スーパーやBrowns Bayビーチまで徒歩15分。

Room to rent from 7th of July:
Sunny and spacious bedroom at ground floor with double bed and wardrobe.
Bathroom at ground floor shared with another girl. Shared kitchen and dining/ living area at first floor.

Location:
Located in Oaktree Avenue, Browns Bay, North Shore, Auckland.
3 minutes walk to bus station.
15 minutes walk to supermarket/ Browns Bay beach.
5 minutes drive to State High Way 1.
8 minutes drive to Albany / Massey University.

Rent:
NZ$ 240 per week between 1st of June to end of September,
NZ$220 per week between 1st of October and end of May.
Rent includes power, gas, water, unlimited WI-FI.
Shared freezer fridge, wash machine and dish washer.
4 weeks rent as bound required before move-in.

Other tenant:
Family of four: a couple of full time workers in 40s and a 11 years girl and a 2 years boy.
We normally leave home at around 8 in the morning and go to bed around half past 9 in the evening during weekday.
Ourselves and our 2 years boy are living in the first floor. Our 11 years girl lives in the ground floor.
