妻と私は 1960 年代の家に住んでおり、新しく改装された丈夫な骨組みです。マヌカウ、植物園、空港に近い。

中くらいの広さの居心地の良い客室で、午後の夕日が見えます。シングルからダブルまで調節可能なベッド。現在ダブルサイズです。 32 インチのスマート TV、シングルデスク、洋服ハンガー付きのクローゼット。

ラウンジ、キッチン、バスルームも新しく改装されています。

家は安全で静かな地域に完全にフェンスで囲まれており、広い裏庭があり、高速道路、公共交通機関、ショップ、施設に非常に近いです。

猫1匹と人懐っこい犬も飼っています。

現在、日本人の女の子が1名一緒に住んでいます。

ラウンジテレビ（ネットフリックス付き）、洗濯機、キッチン、バスルームをフル活用。

この家は違法薬物を容認しませんのでご注意ください。カジュアルなお酒なら大丈夫です。ただし、計画されていない限り、パーティーハウスではありません。

Kia Ora, My name is Taups

My wife and I live in a 1960s home and Newly renovated, Strong bones. Close to Manukau, Botany and Airport.

Medium size cozy room and will get the afternoon sunset. Single to Double adjustable bed. Currently Double size now. 32" Smart TV a single desk and closet with clothes hanger.

Lounge, Kitchen and bathroom are also newly renovated.

House is fully fenced in a safe and quiet neighborhood with a large backyard, very close to motorway, public transport, shops and amenities.

We also have 1 cat and a friendly dog.

We currently have 1x Japanese girl living with us now.

Full use of lounge TV (with netflix), washing machine, kitchen and bathroom.

Please note this home has no tolerance for illegal drugs. Casual Drinking is fine. But not a party house, unless planned.
