家賃は電気代、水道代,wifi　含めてNZD270 /週。休日旅行に出かける際の猫の餌をしてもらうために部屋を貸してると言った方がもっと的確であであって、過去十五年間の入居者は全員日本人で、英語に興味のある人のために英会話時間を設けた事も少なくない。

最初の三ヶ月間の退居ノーテスは4週間、三ヶ月後は2週間。ボンド2週間

Looking for a single flatmate for the double bedroom downstairs, you have your own bathroom/toilet and you are welcome to use the single room next door to the bedroom as your study room.

The owner is a couple. One is retired and one is a full time worker plus a miniature schnauzer dog and a cat.

The rent is $270 including bills with a reasonable usage of the shower and heater.

The main reason for renting the room out is for the cat while the owners are away for weekends/ holidays
