30代半ばのインド人女性とその方のわんチャン(ダックスフンド)、日本人女性2人組が現在居住してます。

リビングルーム、キッチン、シャワールームは、他のフラットメイトと共有していただきます。

家賃は$280で、電力、ガス、水道、Wi-Fiが含まれています。
清潔な部屋を保てる方を探しています。

Looking for a new flatmate!

Room available 22nd September in a cosy, spacious and modern home.
The house is well lit, lots of sunshine throughout the day. House is fully equipped with modern appliances. Living room currently being refurbished and will be completed soon.

Location is in Half Moon Bay, 5 mins drive and 20 mins walk to Woolworths and PaknSave. 10 mins drive to Eatsern Beach and plenty of parks and walks around the area.

Current residents are a female mid 30s working and studying. Cosmo, my cute little dachshund cross, she is playful but well trained and can do some neat tricks. A couple, both females, very active, friendly and easy going.

Living room and kitchen are shared spaces with other flatmates and a doggo. Bathroom shared with 1 other flatmate if you choose Room.

Rent is $280 and includes power, gas, water & wifi.

Suitable flatmate would be professional and/or student, clean and tidy, pays bills on time, respectful and peaceful. Preferably in their late 20s or over. LGBTQ+ friendly. Open to having other pets on the property depending on how they get along with the current residents.
