You agree that deductions may be made from your remuneration, including final pay and holiday pay, for time lost through sickness, accident, unauthorised absence, non-return of Company property, default by you holidays taken in advance, overpayment of salary, outstanding debts or money owed to the Company by you. You agree that deductions made for these purposes are reasonable. The Company will consult with you before making ny specific deduction from your wages or termination payment in accordance with this clause.
