【入居希望】3月13日〜長期滞在のお問い合わせ

現在、3月12日から最大1年ほどの長期で滞在できる場所を探しております。一年間ワーキングホリデーをする予定です。私は20歳の男子大学生で、タバコは吸わず、共有スペースや自室をきれいに保つことを常に心がけています。
私の希望条件を以下にまとめてます。
【希望条件】
予算： 週200NZD（食事なし）/ 週300NZD（食事あり） ※電気・ガス・水道・Wi-Fi代込み（Bills included）を希望します。
期間： 3月12日から最大1年間
形態： ホームステイ、フラットどちらでも検討可能です。
立地： バスや自転車でシティ中心部までアクセスが良い場所。（車を持たない予定のため）
部屋: 家具付き（ベッド、デスク、収納）を希望。
冬の暖房: 冬場に室内ヒーターや電気毛布を使用可能か。
バスルーム: 他の入居者との共有で問題ありません。
洗濯: 週に2〜3回程度、洗濯機を使用させていただけると助かります。
キッチン: 軽く自炊をするための調理器具やスペースをお借りしたいです（食事なしの場合）。
交通: バス停が近くにある、または自転車でシティへ通学可能な距離。
ボンド (Bond): 家賃の2〜3週間分を想定しています。
退去予告 (Notice period): 退去の2〜3週間前に通知するルールを希望します。
【自己紹介】 フレンドリーな性格で、子供やペットともすぐに仲良くなれます。きれい好きですので、家のルールを守り、大切に使わせていただきます。

My name is Yoshinaga, and I am writing to inquire about the room/homestay you posted on NZ Daisuki.
I am planning to stay in New Zealand for up to one year on a Working Holiday visa, starting from March 12. I am a 20-year-old male university student, a non-smoker, and I always make sure to keep my room and shared areas clean and tidy.
Here are my details and preferences for your consideration:

Budget: Up to $200 NZD/week (without meals) or $300 NZD/week (including meals).
I would like this to include all bills (Electricity, Gas, Water, and Unlimited Wi-Fi).
Stay Period: Up to one year from March 12.
Accommodation Type: Open to both homestay and flatting.
Location: Easy access to the city center by bus or bicycle (as I do not plan to have a car for now).
Room: Fully furnished (Bed, desk, and storage/wardrobe).
Winter Heating: I would like to know if it is okay to use a heater or an electric blanket during the winter months.
Bathroom: Shared bathroom is perfectly fine.
Laundry: Approximately 2–3 times a week.
Kitchen: Access to cooking tools and storage space for light cooking (if meals are not included).
Bond: Expecting around 2–3 weeks of rent.
Notice Period: A 2–3 week notice period before moving out.
