長期で働ける日本人スタッフを募集しています！
お仕事は主に受付業務になります。
チェックイン/チェックアウトの手続き、部屋の検査、内見の案内、日本人学生の対応、日本のエージェント対応などを担当していただきます。（他の国の学生、エージェントを含む）
一緒に働くスタッフはみんな優しく、困ったときはいつでも助けてくれます！
チームでディナーを食べたり、デイトリップに出かけたりと、仕事だけでなくニュージーランドでの生活やアクティビティも楽しめる環境です。

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person
- Answer phone calls and enquiries
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies and order as necessary
- Room inspection
- Room sales
- In charge of Japanese students and agencies

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
-Working Holiday visa holders are also welcome (with at least 9 months remaining on visa).
- Hospitality experiences preferred but not necessary
- Customer service skills, friendly and good communication
- University students preferred but not necessary
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and other software
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be fluent in Japanese language (writing and verbally)
- Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand
- Intermediate level of English (doesn’t has to be very fluent)
