・バスルームは基本専用（来客時のみ使わせて頂きます）
・8ヶ月のジャーマンシェパード犬がいます。
・家賃は単身$250/週、カップル$350/週、光熱費込み。
・キッチン、ダイニング、ランドリーが私たちと共有です。
・調理器具（オーブン、電子レンジ、エアフライヤー、コーヒーマシン、電子ケトル、炊飯器など）、冷蔵庫、洗濯機など共有。衣類乾燥機はありません。
・NZ人のパートナー60歳男、日本人の私50歳女、犬、がおります。
・犬がかなり人懐こいので、犬が好きな人だといいと思います
・ボンドは二週間分、$500
・タバコは屋外で、吸殻は所定の場所へ。
・ロトルア到着時の送迎や、車の購入のお手伝いもできます。
