Current flatmates are an Asian lady 50-yo working professional and a 30-year- Philippine girl student. We’re friendly, tidy, & quiet. Weekly rent $200 inc expenses (includes power, water, internet). 2 weeks bond. Room is available after 10July 2026.

The owner prefers Japanese as she is learning Japanese language :)
