1階：部屋2つ + バスルーム1つ（カップル入居予定）
2階：部屋2つ + バスルーム2つ
→ 私と彼氏がマスタールームを使用中
→ 2階のもう一つの部屋 + 専用バスルーム付きのお部屋を使っていただける方を探しています

■ 家賃（電気・水道・インターネット込み）
・1人：週 $240
・カップル：週 $360
※ベッドの構造上、お2人でも問題なくご滞在いただけます！

■ お部屋情報
・キングシングルベッド + 引き出し式のシングルベッド付き
→ 必要な時に引き出して使用可能。お2人での滞在も快適です
・大きなクローゼットあり
・荷物が多い場合は、ガレージや**階段下のスペース（ハリーポッター部屋）**にも収納可能です

■ 場所・交通
住所：320C Royal Road, Massey
・バス停まで徒歩2分
・お車の方にはストリートパーキングも十分あります

私たちは静かに、互いにマナーを大切にしながら暮らせる方を探しています。
共有スペースも清潔に使っていただけると嬉しいです。

We’re looking for a short-term flatmate to share our spacious two-story home.
The room is available immediately and you can stay until August 25th (non-extendable).

■ House Layout

1st floor: 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom (will be used by a couple)
2nd floor: 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms
→ My boyfriend and I are using the master bedroom
→ We're looking for someone to take the other upstairs room with a private bathroom
■ Rent (includes electricity, water, internet):

$240 per week for one person
$360 per week for a couple
(The bed setup can accommodate two people comfortably!)
■ Room Details

King single bed with an extra pull-out single bed underneath
→ Perfect for one or two people
Large built-in wardrobe
If you have extra belongings, you can store them in the garage or under the stairs (aka the Harry Potter room ????)
■ Location & Transport
320C Royal Road, Massey

2-minute walk to the nearest bus stop
Plenty of street parking if you have a car
We’re looking for someone respectful and quiet who can keep the shared areas clean.
