猫2匹と優しいラブラドール犬1匹がいます

Hi! We're looking for a Japanese female flatmate to join our warm and friendly family home in Mt Eden. We’re a relaxed and loving household that speaks both Japanese and English, and we’d love to welcome someone looking for a short-term place (available now until the end of October).

About the room:
$280/week (includes power, water, internet, etc.)
Fully furnished: double bed, large wardrobe, drawers, bedside table, heater, mirror
Available now
Stay length: until the end of October

About the house:
Located in Mt Eden, Auckland – central, quiet, and convenient
Shared bathroom with 2 others (you’ll have your own sink)
Large kitchen, lounge and dining area
Washing machine and dryer
Kitchen fully equipped – feel free to use our pots, pans, etc.
2 cats and 1 sweet Labrador dog – all friendly and calm

Current flatmates:
Me (27F, Japanese/New Zealander)
My mum (Japanese) and dad (Kiwi)
One Japanese girl (30, on a Working Holiday Visa)

We are looking for:

Clean, respectful, kind, and easygoing
