Hey there! We’re looking for a third flat mate to join our home from the end of September (after September the 28th).

We are two respected professionals, one working in IT at a bank and the other at a hospital. We’re both into music and exercise, and we keep a great balance between personal space and social time. We have an active social life, love having barbecues, and often go out, but we also value eating healthily, working out, and having our own downtime.

The house is spacious, with 2 full bathrooms, with a beautiful pool, a lush veggie garden, and plenty of greenery. Plus, it’s in an amazing location—Remuera, a fantastic neighborhood with great amenities and easy access to everything (Westfield Newmarket, Auckland Hospital, Farmers market, Train station, Olympic pool, Motor way...). We also have plenty of parking spaces on the street and in our driveway.

Rent: $350 per week (excluding bills)
Bills: Generally, less than $40 per person per week
