We’re looking for a friendly and tidy flatmate to join our home in Tauranga.

The townhouse is only about **1 year old**, modern, clean and very comfortable. You’ll have your **own bedroom and your own private bathroom**.

You’ll be living with a Korean couple and our friendly **1-year-old cat**, so it would be great if you like cats. ????

The house is in a convenient location, close to **Tauranga City**, a bus stop, and a supermarket. The room comes with a **new mattress**, and the house has everything you need including a washing machine, fridge and other basic appliances.

There is also free street parking nearby.

**Rent:**
$240 per week for one person
$200 per person per week for a couple

Electricity and water are shared separately.

The room is available from **20 August**.
