私たちは韓国人カップルで、一緒に生活してくださるフラットメイトを探しています。
家は4ベッドルーム・3バスルームで、ご入居いただくお部屋は1階の右側の部屋になります。
現在、2階には私たちカップルともう一人のフラットメイトが住んでおり、
1階の左側の部屋には別の韓国人カップルが住んでいます。
バスルームは1階の他のフラットメイトの方と共用になります。
水道代、電気代、インターネット代などの光熱費は全て家賃に含まれています。
お部屋は日当たりが良く、収納スペースも十分にあります。
現在シングルベッドがあり、ご希望であれば寝具や机もご用意可能です。
洗濯機、キッチン用品、冷蔵庫など、家の設備はすべてシェアでご利用いただけます。
できる限り快適に過ごせるようにサポートいたします。
お車をお持ちの方は、ストリートパーキングをご利用いただけます。

家の場所はマッセイにあり、公園のすぐそばにある静かで安全なエリアです。
徒歩3分のところにコインランドリーやバス停もあります。
ウェストゲートやコストコなどの便利な施設も近くにあります。
家賃は週200ドルで、入居時に1週間分の前払い家賃と2週間分のボンドをお願いしています。

Hi there! We're looking for a flatmate in Massey.
We are a Korean couple and are looking for one flatmate to share our home with.
The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The available room is on the right side of the ground floor.
Currently, our couple and one flatmate live upstairs, and another Korean couple lives in the left room on the ground floor.
The bathroom will be shared with the other flatmate on the same floor.
Utilities (water, electricity, and internet) are all included in the rent.
The room gets plenty of sunlight and has ample storage space.
There is a single bed in the room, and if needed, we can also provide bedding and a desk.
All household items such as the washing machine, kitchenware, fridge, etc., are shared and available for use.
We’ll do our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
If you have a car, there is plenty of street parking available.
You're welcome to come for a viewing — we’ll happily show you around and explain everything in more detail.
The house is located in Massey, in a quiet and safe area right next to a park.
A laundromat and bus stop are just a 3-minute walk away.
Westgate, Costco, and other convenient amenities are nearby.
The rent is $200 per week. Upon moving in, we require 1 week’s rent in advance and 2 weeks’ bond.
