There is currently one person sharing the living room, but they’ll be moving out between December and January, and there will be no more living room share after that.

The room is quite spacious.
Available from November 19th.

the room will be rearranged once it’s for a single person.

Rent:

$170 per week each (for two people sharing the room, all bills included — power, water, gas, internet)

$300 per week (for one person, all bills included — negotiable!)

there is :
1-week bond (will be paid back when you move out)
2-weeks notice period
