Furnished room available in a fully furnished house in a handy location close to Church Corner, Bush Inn Centre, and Canterbury University (5 min drive). Room comes with a king single bed, beddings supplied as well, built-in wardrobe, stand-alone wardrobe, study desk & chair, bedside table, and panel heater.

The house has a heat pump and a log burner which keeps the place warm and cosy in winter as well as a good backyard area with outdoor seating and BBQ for summer.
Looking for a full-time worker or student who is friendly, respectful and will treat this place like a home as opposed to just a flat. Single person only. Sorry, no couples and no more pets. There is a small dog so ideally, you should be pet friendly. Bonus point is you are a dog lover.
