Flatmate Wanted – Modern Townhouse in Tauranga City

We are looking for a flatmate for our modern townhouse located in Tauranga City. The house is only about one year old and would suit someone who is looking for a quiet, clean, and peaceful place to live.

The house, washing machine, bed, and other furniture are all new or in very good condition.

The bathroom is separate from our own bathroom, so you will have your own private bathroom.

Countdown is nearby, making grocery shopping very convenient. Free street parking is also available around the house.

Rent:

* One person: $260 per week, including your own bedroom and private bathroom
* Two people sharing: $200 per person, per week

Electricity and water costs will be shared equally among everyone in the house.

We also live with a friendly one-year-old cat, so we are looking for someone who likes cats.

Our current flatmates will move out on 20 August. However, if you need somewhere to stay before then, you may be able to move in earlier and temporarily stay in the living room. Once the current flatmates move out, you can move into the bedroom. The rent will be cheaper while staying in the living room.
