We are looking for a non-smoking flatmate to share our home in Casebrook. The house is clean, well-maintained, and located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Rent & Expenses:

$180 per week (includes internet and gas)

Electricity bill shared among flatmates (approximately $30–40 per month in summer and $50–60 per month in winter)


Living Situation:

The house accommodates four people in total: a Korean couple, one other flatmate, and you.

You will share a bathroom with one other person.

The common areas, including the kitchen and living room, are shared and kept tidy.


Room & Furniture:

The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and desk.


Location & Accessibility:

5-minute drive or 20-minute walk to Northlands Mall

3-minute drive to Pak’nSave

Less than 10 minutes on foot to the nearest bus stop with routes to the city

Convenient access to supermarkets, cafes, and essential amenities


Additional Details:

The sunroom is available for drying laundry.

The room will be available from June 15.

We are looking for a considerate and responsible flatmate who respects shared spaces.

No smoking inside or outside the property.
