We are looking for a non-smoking flat mate to share our home in Casebrook. The house is clean, well-maintained, and located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Rent & Expenses:

1. $190 per week. Available Now! (includes internet and gas) + garage for car park available.


Electricity bill shared among flatmates (approximately $30–40 per month in summer and $60-70 per month in winter, but could be more depends on how much we use!)


Living Situation:

The house accommodates four people in total: a Korean couple, one other flatmate, and you.

You will share a bathroom with one other person. ( two person with one bath room )

The common areas, including the kitchen and living room, are shared and kept tidy.


Room & Furniture:

The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and desk.


Location & Accessibility:

5-minute drive or 20-minute walk to Northlands Mall

15mins walk to Pak’nSave Papanui branch

Less than 10 minutes on foot to the nearest bus stop with routes to the city

Convenient access to supermarkets, cafes, and essential amenities


Additional Details:

Car parking is available in the garage

The sunroom is available for drying laundry. ( A drying rack for cloths could be provided if you need )

We are looking for a considerate and responsible flatmate who respects shared spaces.
