We are a group of five girls in our second year of uni. Our lovely flatmate is finishing up her exchange so will be heading away at the end of June, so we are in need of one more girl to live with us, preferably of a similar age! We are studious, love to chat, watch movies, and go out on weekends. During the week we want to have a clean, tidy living space and divide household and cooking duties between us.

About the flat
Our flat is a 5 minute walk to the central library, within a 10 minute walk of all buildings on campus, and an 8 minute walk to Unipol. It’s a super great location and one of the bathrooms has recently been renovated, plus the flat is double glazed. The flat is fully furnished - washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer, furniture.

About the room
The room is medium-sized, and is one of the sunniest rooms in the flat. Each bedroom comes with a built-in wardrobe. It doesn't have high ceilings, so our electricity costs are lower, especially in the winter!
There is already a bed in the room which our current flatmate can sell to you :)

Preferred flatmate
Our ideal flatmate would be someone who is preferably also a tertiary student and is down to be social, but also understands we want to be studious. We hope to find someone we can be friends with as we are a very close flat!
