We have a 3 beds, 2 baths apartment.
There is no one living in the living room (the living room is not used as a bedroom).
The living room is a shared common area, but no one stays there.

The available room is a double room, and you will share a bathroom with one couple in another room.

Compared to most apartments in the city, this room is quite spacious.

The room includes a single bed, a desk, and a large sliding wardrobe.

There are two refrigerators in the living area, so there’s plenty of space to store your food.

Key & Bond Fee:
$250 (includes $200 for the building entrance key + $50 for the door key)

Rent & Bond:

$250 per week (for one person)

3 weeks' notice

3 weeks' bond (including key bond, total $1,000)

Location: Hobson Street, near Royal Save Mart City (Korean Mart)

We are looking for someone — male or female — who is clean, considerate, and respectful of others.

The current tenant is returning to Korea, so the move-in date is available from October 21st, though it can be flexible depending on the situation. (You may move your belongings in earlier if needed.)

リビングシェアのない 3ベッド・2バスルームのアパートです。
リビングシェアなし（リビングに住んでいる人はいません。共用スペースとして使っています。

今回募集しているお部屋は ダブルルームで、他のカップルの方とバスルームを共有していただきます。

シティ内の他のアパートに比べて、とても広めのお部屋です。

お部屋には **シングルベッド・机・大きなクローゼット（スライド式）**が備え付けられています。

共有スペースには 冷蔵庫が2台あり、食材の保管スペースにも十分余裕があります。

鍵・ボンド費用：
合計250ドル（建物のエントランスキー200ドル + ドアキー50ドル）

家賃・ボンド：

週250ドル（1人入居の場合）

退去通知3週間前

ボンド3週間分（鍵ボンド含めて合計1000ドル）

場所： Hobson Street（Royal Save Mart City 韓国マート近く）

性別は問いませんが、清潔で、他の方への配慮ができる方を希望します。

現在の入居者が韓国へ帰国予定のため、10月21日以降入居可能です。
（状況により日程調整可能。荷物は事前に搬入もできます。）
