- Double room with a window, warm and bright
- Bed and bedside table included; desk available on request
- we have TWO double room available, so please contact if you want to take TWO, e.g. if you are sisters / friends

Rent:
- $200 per week (utilities included)
- Bond: 3 weeks' rent, due on move-in

Location:
- Safe and bright neighbourhood
- 10-minute drive to Albany Westfield, Wang Mart, Constellation Station, and Massey University
- Parking available right outside the house, plus plenty of street parking

Move-in date:
- Available from 5 September
