The house is in Halswell, close to Wigram, with easy access to surrounding areas. It is just off Halswell Junction Road from State Highway 76.

The house has a modern central heating and cooling system, so it stays warm in winter and comfortable in summer.
There are two spacious living areas and a covered outdoor deck, making the house very comfortable and enjoyable to live in.

The property also has a spa pool, log burner, strawberry patch, vegetable garden and fruit trees, so there is plenty to enjoy at home. Firewood is provided by the landlord at no extra cost.

We use Hyperfibre internet, and the Wi-Fi connection is strong throughout the house.

The neighbourhood is new, clean and quiet, with wide surrounding streets and plenty of on-street parking in front of the house.

The main occupants are working adults in their late-20s to 30s. There is also one four-year-old child and a friendly adorable ragdoll cat.

Rent for the advertised room is $220 per week, including electricity and internet.
An additional $15 per week applies during the three winter months.
A bond equivalent to two weeks rent is required.

The move-in date is negotiable from 20 August onwards.
