Kia Ora, My name is Taups

I am Māori and my wife is Chinese. We are working people who have busy work life but we also host a small business doing Hip Hop Street Dance Battles.

We live in a 1960s home and Newly renovated, Strong bones. Close to Manukau, Botany and Airport.

It is a small room and the cheapest and will get the afternoon sunset. Single King size bed with drawers underneath, 32" Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+ and Youtube, A single desk and closet with clothes hanger.

Lounge, Kitchen and 1x bathroom are shared and also newly renovated. House also has CCTV for everyone security and safety.

House is fully fenced in a safe and quiet neighborhood with a large backyard, very close to motorway, public transport, shops and amenities.

We also have 1 cat and a friendly dog.

We currently have 1x Japanese male living with us now and our Japanese female is going back to Japan. We have hosted many Japanese guest over the last 2 and a half years and we enjoy the friendship we have.

Full use of lounge TV (also with Netflix, Disney+ and Youtube), washing machine, kitchen and bathroom.

Please note this home has no tolerance for illegal drugs. Casual Drinking is fine. But not a party house, unless planned.
