7月の上旬から住める部屋を探しています。今は日本に居るので家探しに難航しております。見学に伺いたいのですが、6月27日以降にお願いしたいです。

希望は、バス停から徒歩5-10分以内、光熱費込みで週250ドル以内、スーパーまで徒歩15分以内、1人部屋で家具が備え付けられていると大変ありがたいです。
半年以上の長期滞在予定です。

I am looking for a room to live in from the beginning of July. I am currently in Japan and am having difficulty finding a house. I would like to have a tour of the house, but I could only visit after June 27th.

I would very much appreciate it if the room is within 5-10 minutes walk from the bus stop, within $250 per week including utilities, within 15 minutes walk to the supermarket, and furnished for one person.
