お部屋には クイーンサイズベッド、机、椅子 などが揃っており、身一つで入居できます。

私が韓国へ帰国するため、3週間ほど部屋が空くので、短期でお得に募集しています。

入居日：11月24日〜12月12日

12月13日までに退去必須

ボンド（保証金）

キーボンド：$350（電子キー$300 + 玄関キー$50）

宿泊ボンド：2週間分（$500）

合計ボンド：$850
（退去時に返金されます）

家賃：

1人：$250／週

2人：$320／週

駐車場：$40／週

場所： Hobson Street（Royal Save Mart City：韓国マーケット付近）
荷物の事前搬入も可能です。

This is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with no living-room share.

The available room is the master room with a private bathroom, and it is significantly larger than most rooms in other city apartments.

The room is fully furnished with a queen-size bed, desk, and chair, so you only need to bring your personal belongings.

I will be travelling to Korea and clearing out the house, so the room will be empty for about 3 weeks — offering at a discounted rate.

Available: 24 November – 12 December

Move-out must be by 13 December

Bond:

Key bond: $350 (Electronic key $300 + front door key $50)

Stay bond: 2 weeks ($500)

(The bond will be fully refunded when you move out.)
