The Room & Rent:
• $320 per week, 3 weeks bond
• 3 weeks’ move-out notice
• Bills: split monthly (power, wifi)

Who We’re Looking For:
• Female only
• Full-time worker preferred (students also welcome)
• Clean, respectful, and pays rent on time
• Non-smoker, no pets, not a party house
