The Location & Convenience:
* Commute: Very close to the Motorway and just a short walk to the Bus Stop.
* Parking: Safe off-street parking available.

The Room & Shared Space:
* Status: Available NOW.
* Condition: Fully furnished.
* Shared area: Shared bathroom and kitchen ( light cooking) between these two flatmates.

Rent & Move-in Cost
* Rent: $250 per week (Includes electricity, water, and unlimited internet) + in Winter time extras $20 / week ( end in September)
* Bond: 2 weeks rent
* Advance Rent: 2 week rent
