We’re looking for a female flatmate to join our friendly home. Our household has a mix of European and Asian backgrounds, so you’ll be joining a welcoming, multicultural environment.

The house is fully furnished, and your private bedroom comes with a single bed, bedside cabinet, built-in wardrobe, computer desk & chair, linen, and duvet — just bring yourself!

We’re easy-going, clean, and quiet, and we’d appreciate someone with a similar lifestyle.

Rent: $150 per week (includes power, Sky TV, and unlimited WiFi).
No pets or smokers, please.

The house is in Sockburn, close to Upper Riccarton Library and Church Corner. It’s about a 5-minute drive to the University of Canterbury and Hornby.
