子供が来年3月から小学校に通うため、申込み手続きをしているのですが、
いま、子供はビジタービザの状態です。（私達両親はワークビザ。）
ビジタービザでは年間３ヶ月しか学習できない為、student visaに切り替える必要があります。学校からもその3ヶ月が切れる前までにstudent visaの申請をして取得する必要がある。と言われました。

he will be able to attend school in New Zealand for 3 months. By the end of these 3 months he will be required to have a minimum of a student visa.

弁護士さん？に頼まないと変更は出来ないのでしょうか？


あと、レントハウスに住んでいるのですが、契約が1年ごとです。
来年の１０月にまた更新手続きなんですが、
小学校から以下のメールが届きました。
1年間在学しないで途中で引越しなどした場合、何が取り消されるのかが良く意味が分かりません。

we require our students to be in zone for a minimum of 12 months after their start with us. If the student does move out of zone within this 12 month period the enrolment may be annulled.

あと、申請からどれぐらいで承認されて手元に届くのでしょうか？
