Role Overview
- Position: Part-Time Tennis Coach (Contractor)
- Employment Type: Contract — paid per hour (not an employee role)
- Location: Auckland, New Zealand
- Start Date: Negotiable
- Hours: Flexible part-time schedule (afternoons, evenings, weekends)
Key Responsibilities
- Coach junior groups and beginner–intermediate adult players
- Provide private lessons when required
- Deliver engaging, structured sessions aligned with our coaching pathways
- Communicate professionally with players and parents
Requirements
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Coaching experience preferred; qualifications helpful but not essential
- Positive, reliable, and strong communication skills
- Holds either a valid New Zealand Work Visa or a Working Holiday Visa
- Ability to work independently as a contractor
- Willingness to adapt to a New Zealand club environment
