I have a room available for both rent and student homestay. We are happy to accommodate working professionals and also Japanese students.

Our property is close to both bus stops and train stations - approximately 10 minutes away from my house.

We are very close to Sylvia Park shopping centre - just a 5 minute drive.

The price of $300 includes utilities and meals (breakfast and dinner)

We are a Fijian Indian family and are open to sharing our culture and traditions with you here in New Zealand.

We have 3 lovely dogs - they are very friendly
