Sleep out in Somerfield available from the 14th November.

We are a family of 5. Curtis works in youth mentoring and Tash has a hip hop dance studio plus 3 kids aged 3, 6 and 8 years old. We have had Japanese live in our sleep out for the last 2 years and hoping for another border either short term (minimum of 3 months) or long term. We love having borders but also respect their own space and privacy.

Our sleep out is furnished with a Queen bed, sitting space underneath, drawers, clothes hanger and desk. Close to the back door of the house with a second toilet and sink. Shared bathroom. You are welcome to use kitchen for cooking.

Our house is close to beautiful hills with walking tracks and a 10minute drive to city centre. Very safe neighbourhood and close to bus stops. Also close to a supermarket and has a swimming pool, gym complex at the end of the street.

Rent is $200 NZ per week including expenses. $100 bond.
