We are looking for a friendly female flatmate to join our clean, calm, and respectful home. This is a quiet household rather than a party flat, and we hope to live with someone who enjoys a peaceful and tidy living environment.
This is a new-build stand-alone house (better than a townhouse), which means more privacy, space, and natural light. The home has double-glazed windows, keeping it warm and dry in winter and cool in summer.
Your Room:
Your bedroom is on the ground floor and is the only bedroom downstairs, giving you a very private space.
- The room overlooks the sunny deck
- Has two blind options – blackout for sleeping and sheer for soft daylight
- Includes a modern open wall wardrobe
- Comes with your own private ensuite bathroom
- There is also extra storage available in the attic if needed.
If you need furniture, we’re happy to help. We have a spare queen-size bed base you are welcome to.
The House
We take pride in keeping the home clean, organised, and comfortable.
We have:
- A new Shark vacuum
- A steam mop
- All cleaning products come from the ecostore.
- Iron & Ironing board
- Equipped kitchen
- Dehumidifier
In the garage you’ll find a new washing machine and dryer, although the house gets so much sun that we usually dry clothes on the rack.
For extra peace of mind, there is a security camera outside the property as an added safety measure. The neighbourhood is already safe, but it provides extra reassurance.
Outside, we have a small vegetable garden, and we’re currently improving the soil so we can grow more vegetables. Please help yourself to the herbs, fruit, and vegetables from the garden!
Kitchen
We are especially looking for someone who just does some light cooking~
If you do want to cook for yourself, the kitchen is best used after 6:15–6:30 pm on weekdays, as a few children come upstairs for lessons between 3:30–6:00 pm.
We are friendly and will invite you to dinner! But there is absolutely no pressure.

The house is in a very convenient location. Nearby you’ll find:
Fenchurch Superette (dairy) a short walk away
Bus stops including the 76 bus route (about 15-20 minutes to CBD)
Glen Innes Train Station is nearby (about 15 minutes to the CBD)
Nearby supermarkets include PAK n' SAVE - Woolworths - Ghiotti (Italian food outlet - it's the best)
