3ベッドルーム・1バスルームの一軒家で、現在は20代後半～30代前半の日本人女性1名・コロンビア人女性1名とシェアしています。
みんな比較的フレンドリーでオープンなタイプで、一緒におしゃべりしたり、たまにご飯や飲みに行ったりすることもあります。
その一方で、**清潔で落ち着いた環境と、お互いのプライバシーや生活リズムを尊重すること**も大切にしています。

Ponsonby Roadから徒歩約5分の便利な場所です！
✨ スーパー、カフェ、レストラン、バー、ベーカリー、Dairy、ジム、オーガニックショップ、公園など徒歩3〜15分

【短期滞在の条件】

・決定した滞在期間分の家賃を**事前にお支払い**いただきます
・**光熱費・Wi-Fi込み（水道・ガス・電気・Wi-Fi）**
・Heater使用の場合 **+$10 / week**
・光熱費が通常より大幅に高くなった場合は、追加分を相談の上シェア
・一度お支払いいただいたRentは、入居前・滞在中にかかわらず、**途中退去や予定変更の場合は基本的に返金できませんのでご了承ください**

Hi everyone!
I’m looking for someone to stay in my **fully furnished room in Ponsonby** while I’m away in Japan.
**Available: 21 October – 10 November**
**Rent: $285/week – all bills included**
**One person only**
Ideally, I’d love someone who can stay for most of this period, but **a shorter stay of a few days is welcome too!**
[About the house]
It’s a lovely **3-bedroom, 1-bathroom house** shared with two friendly women (Late 20s to Early 30s) — one Japanese and one Colombian.
We’re both easy-going and open-minded. We enjoy having a chat and sometimes sharing dinner or drinks together, while also appreciating a **clean, peaceful and respectful home** where everyone can enjoy their own privacy and space. ????
[Great location in Ponsonby]
The house is just a **5-minute walk from Ponsonby Road**, with pretty much everything you need nearby!
✨ 3–15 min walk to supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, bars, bakeries, dairies, gym, organic shops, parks, etc.
✨ Weekend markets and events nearby
✨ 3 min walk to the bus stop – Route 105 to the city
✨ 8 min walk to buses 20 / 866 / 966 / INN
✨ Around 30 min walk to Auckland CBD
✨ Backyard with direct access to a beautiful park
✨ Quiet and safe residential area

The room is approximately **3.3m × 2.9m** and is fully furnished.

[Short-term conditions]
* **Rent: $285/week**
* **No bond**
* Rent for the agreed stay will be **paid in advance**
* **All bills included – water, gas, electricity & Wi-Fi**
* Heater use: **+$10 per week**
* If utilities become unusually high, the additional cost may be reasonably shared
* As this is a short-term stay, rent is **generally non-refundable if you leave early or change your plans**
[A few things to keep in mind]
Just a few simple things to help everyone enjoy living together:
* **One person only**
* Please keep your room and shared areas clean and tidy
* Please respect everyone’s privacy and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially at night
* **No smoking inside and no pets**
* If you have a visitor, please **let the flatmates know in advance**. Visitors are welcome in the **shared areas only**
* Please take good care of the room and furniture
We’re simply looking for someone who is **clean, considerate and respectful of shared living**.
If anything gets damaged or lost during your stay due to your actions, we would just ask you to cover the reasonable repair or replacement cost.
