There is a bus stop to the Smales Farm Bus Station on the main road in front of the house, and Milford Shopping Centre, the beach, cafes, and restaurants are just 10 minutes away, making this home a very convenient place to live.

My spouse and I currently live with two male homestay students, and one extra room available in 2-3weeks.

I would like to live together for at least three months, but you may freely change this depending on each other’s circumstances.
Furniture will be provided, and bedding is conditional.
There is a two-week notice and a bond fee, and all utility charges are included.
