11月末から2月上旬まで、日本へ行くためフラットを離れます。私が留守の間、私の部屋を貸していただける方はいらっしゃいますか？入居日と退去日は交渉可能です。柔軟に対応いたします。女性のみでお願いします。

料金は週228.34ドル（光熱費込み）です。内覧後、価格交渉可能です。
現在、他に2人のニュージーランド出身の女の子のフラットメイトがいます。とても親切で、まともな学生で、夏の間働く予定です。お話も楽しく、英語の練習にもなります。
猫もいます :)

部屋は小さめです。シングルサイズのベッドをご用意できます。ご要望があれば机もご用意できます。家の中で一番日当たりが良いです。1人分の収納スペースとして十分なクローゼットもあります。裏庭/ガレージ/ランドリーエリアに通じるドアもあります。

- ご注意ください。フラットメイトは洗濯をする際にドアから入らなければなりませんが、都合の良い時間帯をお知らせします。

ハイキングは好きですか？
家はウェリントン山から徒歩20分です。ウェリントン山は標高の高いハイキングコースで、頂上からはオークランドの街並みを一望できます。
家からはミッションベイビーチ行きのバスが出ています。
道を少し進むとYMCAレクリエーションセンターと美しい湖があります。

掲載されている写真は現在のお部屋の状態です。入居前にすべて撤去されます。

Hi there

I will be leaving my flat to go to Japan from the end of November until early February. Would anyone be interested in having my room for the duration I am gone? Move-in & move out dates are negotiable I am very flexible. Females only please.

Currently there are 2 other girl kiwi flatmates. Very nice and respectable students who will be working over the summer. Happy to talk and good for english practice.
There is also a cat :)

The room is small. I can provide a single sized bed. I can also provide a desk upon request. Gets the most sunlight in the house. There is also a closet good enough for 1 persons storage. There is a door which goes to the backyard/garage/ laundry area.

-take note, unfortunately flatmates will need to go through the door to do laundry but they will communicate best times.

Do you like hiking?
Home is a 20 minute walk from Mt Wellington, a very tall hiking trail you can see all of Auckland from the top.
There is a bus that leaves from home to mission bay beach.
Down the road there is a YMCA recreation centre and a nice lake.
