4 bedroom + 1 bathroom villa

Fully furnished house with a nice big backyard

Gets lots of sunlight and in a quiet neighborhood

Centrally located with Dominion road, Mt Eden road and new north road 5 to 10 minutes walk away. Countdown and dominion shops 15 min walk.

Parking: driveway and on street

Bedroom - Fully furnished with double bed, bed side table, wardrobe and study table

Rent per week - $220. This covers all bills and communal flat stuff

You’ll be living with 3 other girls. A great bunch, friendly, clean and easy going

The house is calm, cozy, and not a party place – more tea on the deck than tequila shots
