Water, Electricity, Wi-Fi Are all included.

Korean and Japanese people are living together.

In the kitchen you can share Small home appliances (rice cooker, microwave, water purifier toaster, etc.) and tableware.

We provide both toilet paper and kitchen detergent.

Also when you move in, we provide washed beddings (blankets, pillows, and Mattress covers)
It is a two-minute walk from the city center and is right in front of AUT.
