We are looking for a female flatmate to share our home in Burnside from 29 May.

It’s a lovely, modern home that is tidy, quiet, and respectful, located in a peaceful neighborhood. We are a couple in our 30s, both working full-time, and of Korean ethnicity. Currently, we have one Korean female flatmate who is studying at the University of Canterbury. If you're looking for an environment where you can speak English at home, this is a great opportunity!

Rent & Conditions:

Rent: $200/week (including all bills)
Bond: 2 weeks' rent
Move-out Notice: 2 weeks

The room is furnished with a single bed, desk, wardrobe, and lamp. Bed linens and a heater can also be provided.

Parking: Street parking (safe and quiet area)

Bus stops: 5–10 minute walk to Orbiter, 120, and 7 bus routes

5-minute drive to New World Fendalton
3-minute drive to Fresh Choice Fendalton
