Single room, furniture included a table with chair and a king single bed. Spacious wardrobe.
Shared bathroom with my 16 year old daughter.
Prefer female, no smoker, Full time professional.
$280 includes power, water and internet. If it’s higher usage extra cost will be added.
If you have a car there is parking on driveway.
We are a friendly family of 3 and a female cat.

・新築2階建ての家でフラットメイト募集。バス停、電車駅まで徒歩圏内
・家具付きのシングルルーム：机、椅子、キングシングルサイズベッド、大きいワードローブ
・シャワー・トイレは16歳の娘さんと共用
・できれば女性で喫煙しない方、フルタイムで仕事をされる方
・週＄280、電気、水道、インターネット込み。もし多く使われる場合はその分を追加します
・車があれば、ドライブウェイに駐車可能
・私たちは３人のフレンドリーな家族で、雌の猫がいます
