We are looking for a new flatmate to fill a room in our beautiful house located at Beagle Avenue, Mount Albert. Current flatmates are from India, Nepal and Vietnam. We are very chill and full time working.

This could be a good place if you want to improve or practice your English.

Room is furnished with bed and a desk and chair. Room cost is $220 per week plus utilities. Deposit is 2 weeks rent in advance i.e. $440. Room is available to move in now.
