We are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our modern townhouse in Tauranga City.

The townhouse is only about one year old, so everything is still very new and clean. The house comes with a washing machine, fridge, furniture, and a new bed/mattress.

You will have your own private bedroom and separate private bathroom, so you won’t need to share a bathroom with us.

We are a Korean couple, and you’ll be living with the two of us. We also have a friendly one-year-old cat, so it would be great if you like cats. ????

The house is in a convenient location, close to Tauranga City, with a bus stop nearby and a supermarket within walking distance. There is also free street parking nearby.

Rent

One person: $230 per week

Couple / two people: $190 per person per week

Electricity and water are shared equally.

Our current flatmates are moving out on 20 August, so the room will be available after that.
