Hi there!
A warm and welcoming family home has a room available from 8th March(house viewing is available now).
You will be living with a mum with two kids (3 years old and 8 months old), and 3 more flatmates(a couple and a full-time student).
Since there are kids at home, we’re looking for someone who is child-friendly and understanding of parenting. Women and those with a background or experience in education are particularly welcome.
You will share a bathroom and a separate toilet with the flatmates.
The whole house is equipped with an HRV system and double glazing.

Suitability:
-No pets
-No smoking
-No parties
-Someone who is clean, tidy, and respectful of others (must clean up everything after using)

The room:
-Furnished with a double bed

Location:
-5 minutes walking to Countdown
-3 minutes walking to the bus station to CBD, university, Westfield mall, Hornby mall and Sumner beach.

Rent:
-$190/week + power bill (Paid in advance).
-Two weeks’ bond required
-Internet, toilet paper, and detergent provided
